The following rules are intended to provide an enjoyable family camping experience for you and your neighbors. Parents are expected to inform Their children of these rules and are responsible for supervision. Violation of these rules could mean early departure without a refund.
REGISTRATION
All campers, visitors, guests and pets must be registered at the office upon arrival and prior to entering the campground. All fees must be paid in advance. Our daily rates are based on 2 adults and two children (each additional person $ 10.00 per day). Registered campers are responsible for ensuring their visitors have properly registered & paid in the mobile office-call (541-659-9585), and that all campground rules are followed.
CAMPSITE CHECK-IN TIME 2:00PM / CHECK-OUT TIME 12:00PM (Noon)
All balances due will be charged to credit card on file at 6:00pm on reserved date of arrival. Early arrival and late check-out fee is $10 per hour, if site is available. If checking in after 6:00pm, contact office to make arrangements.
CABIN RENTAL CHECK-IN TIME 2:00PM / CHECK-OUT TIME 11:00AM
CAMPING EQUIPMENT
We allow only one RV and no more than two camping units per site. You may have an RV and tent on a site, a pop-up and a tent, or two tents maximum per site. If adding more people it’s full price.
VISITORS
Facilities in this park are for use by registered guests only. Visitors are required to register and pay $10 per person per day at the mobile office before entering the park. There can be no more than 6 people (max. of 4 adults) registered to one site at any given time. All visitors must leave the park by 10:00pm unless registered as an overnight guest. Please register overnight guests by 6:00pm in the office. Registered campers are ensuring their visitors have properly registered in the office, and that all campground rules are obeyed. Visitors to your site may not bring pets.
SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH
If it seems ridiculously slow, you’re doing it right! Motorcycles are to be used for in and out travel only. No motorized or battery powered vehicles are permitted in the park other than those you have registered and for which you have received a valid tag. All vehicles must have a valid ID tag displayed at all times. No bicycle riding after dark.
PARKING
Registered guests must park on their assigned site. We allow only one vehicle to a site. Multiple vehicles on site hinder access in the event of an emergency.Additional vehicles have $ 5.00 per day or $ 50.00 per 4 weeks and must be left in the visitor’s parking lot only. Don’t park on grass please!
WASHING RV’s (CAMPERS) AND VEHICLES IS NOT PERMITT
Oil spills will be billed for clean up, $50 and up (depending on the severity). Please be responsible for preventing any oil spills.
QUIET HOURS
10:00pm – 9:00am. All campers should return to their site by 10:00pm, and daily visitors/guests are required to leave at this time. The quality of rest and relaxation is important to all campers, so please refrain from loud noises and disturbances during this period. All radios and TV’s must be at minimum volume settings, and be aware that normal speaking voices carry. Please ensure your children remain at your site until 8:00am. Our quiet hours are strictly enforced.
PETS
RV Outdoor Adventures is pet-friendly, but owners will be totally responsible for their pets at all times. Pets cannot be unattended at any time, and must be on a leash when not inside your RV. You may not leave your pet inside your RV if you leave the campground. All pet litter must be cleaned up immediately, and those not in compliance will be asked to leave the park. Noisy pets will not be allowed to stay and only one warning will be issued prior to request to remove pet from park. We do not allow pets in the bathhouse, playground and river area, or in our rental units. Please call in advance for specific breed restrictions. You are totally liable for your pet should there be any claim.
CAMPFIRES
All fires must be contained inside the metal fire rings located on each site. Campfires must be kept knee-high or below, and never left unattended. Fire rings must not be used to dispose of cans, bottles, or other household trash. All fires must be extinguished by midnight. No tiki/bug torches permitted.
FIREWOOD TREE
Firewood is sold , ask and we will deliver. No cutting of trees/firewood is allowed in the campground or adjoining properties. All firewood brought into the park must be removed prior to checkout. Please do not drive nails into, or disfigure trees. Additionally, please do not tie clothesline to trees or shrubs.
SINK GREY
The discharge of gray water into the environment has been found to be a significant risk to public health. Gray water can have a population of bacteria approaching or exceeding the populations of black water. Health Department regulations do not permit draining sink water on the ground or into open containers. If your site has septic service, connect your wastewater outlets to the sewer pipe, and ensure that the connections are tight and do not leak. Please contact the office if you are unsure of how to perform this connection. Gray water is sometimes discharged into portable blue tanks. The contents of the blue tank must be discharged into the dump station.
RIVER/SWIMMING
WARNING! There is no lifeguard on duty and absolutely NO DIVING! All swimming at your own RISK.
GARBAGE
Please bag your garbage and use the dumpster nearest to your site. Only household generated garbage should be placed in dumpster. Fire rings must not be used to dispose of cans, bottle and household trash. Broken furniture, grills, rugs etc. are not considered household trash and should be taken with you. This is our home and we take pride in the cleanliness of our park. Please do not litter. This includes cigarette butts! No cardboard boxes.
BATHHOUSES
To avoid accidents and injuries, an adult should accompany children under the age of 6 year old to the bathhouse. We take pride in the Clean liness of our facilities and we would appreciate your help in maintaining them. The bathhouse is closed daily from 10:30am-11:00am on the Men’s side and 11:00am-11:30pm on the Women’s side for cleaning and sanitation. Please be out of the bathhouses during these times.
ALCOHOL
This is a Family park and the use of alcohol is limited to your own site and should not be brought into any of our common public areas. Drunkness will not be allowed.
PRIVACY
Please respect the privacy of other campers and the owners by not walking thru or between occupied sites, or through the yard of the private house. Please use designated roadway and pathways when walking thru the park.
LIABILITY
Please note we will not be held liable for any act of God damage! A natural catastrophe which no one can prevent such as an flood, hail, earthquake, lightening storm, a tidal wave, a volcanic eruption, Or a tornado. A storm which can cause a tree or limb to damage something or other disaster was an act of God (and therefore exempt from a claim)
